The Veranda Lounge provides a variety of dining menus, from Bits and Bites and All Day Dining, both served until 10 p.m., as well as Afternoon Tea, which is available from 2 p.m. – 6 p.m. daily. With an excellent selection of soups, sandwiches, salads as well as substantial dishes, there are also platters of dips and tapas, just right to share over a few leisurely drinks with friends. The Veranda Afternoon Tea is destined to become a classic, with selections of delicate finger sandwiches – Irish smoked salmon with fresh dill cream, Irish roast beef with mustard, cucumber with tomato and watercress – and a divine assortment of mini muffins and scones served with clotted cream and preserves… a most pleasurable way to while away an afternoon!
