Spirit one offer great fitness classes to suit everyone . With a fun, energetic team who take pride in bringing our clients from nervous newbies to fitness fanatics, we promise you will see results whilst also enjoying the classes along the way.

Our exercise classes are available free of charge to members of spirit one fitness & leisure, with the exception of some external classes. Non-members are welcome to join all classes where a fee will apply per class, or ask our team about buying our Fitness Class Package.  

Spinning and ABS/Spinning
Jogs, sprints, climbs and more! It’s the indoor cycle class to shed body fat and really push your fitness levels

 
Pilates
Celebs and dancers have known about the terrific benefits of Pilates for decades. Strengthen core muscles; improve
flexibility, mobility and balance.  Suitable for all fitness levels.

 
Boxer Fit
A workout experience that combines the best circuit  training exercises with cardio intervals and boxing techniques to
get you fighting fit. Suitable for all fitness levels.

 
Cardio Jam
This high impact aerobics class  is a sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina.
Powerful tunes and interval training means we work hard, we sweat and burn mega calories-low impact options are
given so this workout is suitable for all fitness levels.

 
Bootcamp
Burn mega calories with compound exercise like squats, planks, push-ups and the best core exercises. Unleash your inner
marine with this challenging class. Recommended intermediate to advance levels

 
Aqua Aerobics
Aqua aerobics is group exercise in the water so it’s easy on the joints and reduces the risk of an exercise related injury – but most of all its fun. Suitable for all fitness level
