Our Executive Chef, Adrian Bane, has created a delicious menu of BBQ delights from traditional favourites with a gourmet twist including Irish 6oz chuck & brisket burgers finished with smoked cheddar cheese & bacon jam, Chicken Legs with lime & coriander mayo or Corn on the cob with roast garlic & thyme butter.
For those who fancy something a little bit different why not sample our Chickpea & Lentil Veggie Burgers served with Fresh Mozzarella & Sun Kissed Tomatoes.

Join BBQ Night – this is where you and your friends / colleagues join with other groups and have a summer celebration to remember with live DJ, gourmet food and lots of prizes – it is a night that will have your mouth watering and your feet tapping until the early hours. This is fun filled night is a great way to get into the summer party season.
Our 2 open nights are Friday 2nd June & Saturday 17th June.
Private BBQ night – this is where you and your friends /colleagues have exclusive use of the Veranda Lounge & Terrace for your event. For a private event you must have a minimum of 80 guests.
