Terms & Conditions for Gift Cards / Gift Vouchers
- Gift cards / vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable.
- Lost or stolen cards / vouchers cannot be replaced.
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- To guarantee your booking you will need a credit card or debit card.
- Gift cards / vouchers are subject to exclusion dates.
- A supplement payment maybe required for certain dates.
- Vouchers expire one year from the date of purchase.
- Gift cards / vouchers cannot be redeemed after the expiry date, and cannot be extended after that date.
- Gift cards /vouchers are strictly non refundable for cash, purchase of vouchers or other goods.
- Gift cards / vouchers are strictly valid for the Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Galway only and is non transferable.
- All rooms are strictly subject to availability and are based on a standard room type (unless otherwise specified)
- If you wish to upgrade your accommodation to an alternative room type, a supplement payment may be required.
- Present your gift voucher when checking in to validate your reservation.
- All bookings must be made in advance. Please call 091-538300 to book your time with us quoting the voucher number.
- Bookings for spirit one spa, appointments must be made in advance.
- Your purchase will be deducted from the value on your gift card.
- Any balance remaining on your gift card can be used for future purchases.
- Gift card balance enquiries can be checked by quoting the 16 digit number on your card.
