Exercise Classes are complimentary for members of spirit one fitness & leisure except the external classes. Non-members are welcome to join all classes and a fee will apply.

Bootcamp
Burn mega calories with compound exercise like squats, planks, push-ups and the best core exercises. Unleash your inner marine with this challenging class. Recommended intermediate to advance levels.
Cardio Jam
This high impact aerobics class is a sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. Powerful tunes and interval training means we work hard, we sweat and burn mega calories-low impact options are given so this workout is suitable for all fitness levels.
Power Circuit
A real strength and core challenge using the best weight room exercises. Circuit stations keep you moving and push you to the limit. Exercises can be modified using lighter weight so this class is suitable for all fitness levels.
Tai Bo
A martial arts inspired aerobic and strength workout. You will kick, jab and speed ball your way to shapely arms and a great butt. There is no contact and no martial arts experience is necessary. Low impact options are given so you can tailor the class to your fitness level.
Six Pack Abs
Learn the best abdominal exercises to strengthen core and flatten tummy.
Boxer Fit
A workout experience that combines the best circuit training exercises with cardio intervals and boxing techniques to get you fighting fit. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Step and Tone
A combination of step cardio and toning exercises to improve fitness and burn calories. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Body Sculpt
This class uses a combination of body weight and dumbbell moves to tone and shape your entire body. Short rest periods and cardio intervals mean you’re burning fat and toning problem areas. A complete workout suitable for all fitness levels.
Running Club
Running is a great way to have time out and get away from it all, being part of a running club is also a great way to find running partners that you can meet up with outside of the club sessions. Learn Tips about technique, strength training and injury prevention.
Pilates
Celebs and dancers have known about the terrific benefits of Pilates for decades. Strengthen core muscles; improve flexibility, mobility and balance. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Bosu Burn
Balance training with this fantastic piece of equipment can take your workout to a whole new level. A great core workout.
Yoga Pilates
A fusion of yoga and Pilates to challenge core muscles and build strength. Finish with relaxation. Suitable for all fitness level.
Fat Burn Circuit
Circuit training builds stamina. A fun workout experience that pushes you to the limits. Suitable for all fitness level.
Spinning and ABS/Spinning
Jogs, sprints, climbs and more! It’s the indoor cycle class to shed body fat and really push your fitness levels.
Aqua Aerobics
Aqua aerobics is group exercise in the water so it’s easy on the joints and reduces the risk of an exercise related injury – but mostly of all its fun. Suitable for all fitness level.
Mum to be Aqua
Aqua aerobic specifically tailored for the expectant mum. Balance the mood and enhance the energy level. Keep your weight under control and strengthen your muscles with no impact on your joins.
Swim Fit
Using the four main strokes, this class is structured for all abilities of swimmers who are comfortably doing 5 lengths of the pool. Using stroke counting, breathing, leg kicking methods and swimming aids to help add resistance to swimming, class participants will see gains in distance and cardiovascular strength.
